Our yoga sessions offer a gentle and holistic approach to fitness. Yoga helps to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. It’s a perfect complement to the more intense physical activities offered by the club.

Boxing Classes

For those looking for a more rigorous workout, our boxing classes provide an excellent option. Boxing is a great way to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and boost confidence. It also teaches discipline and resilience, both on and off the mat.

To ensure that we remain relevant and responsive to the needs of our community, we run regular focus groups. These sessions allow us to gather feedback, understand emerging trends, and tailor our programs accordingly.

Our participation in the Middlesex F.A League Div 1 allows us to compete against other teams each weekend. This competitive environment encourages teamwork, discipline, and a sense of achievement, further reinforcing the bonds within our community.
